Course Outline
This Real Estate short course is designed to equip learners with foundational Property Management knowledge and practical skills required to conduct real estate in NSW. This course allows individuals to progressively build competence while working toward the full CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate.
Through a combination of theoretical learning and practical application, participants will develop skills in establishing and maintaining landlord and tenant relationships, managing tenancies, and administering trust accounts in compliance in accordance with the appropriate legislation.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible to enrol, learners must:
- Be 16+ years old
- Basic literacy, numeracy & digital capability
- Have or obtain a USI (Unique Student Identifier)
- Access to a computer and internet, ability to upload documents/video etc.
- All learners must complete a language, literacy, numeracy & digital (LLND) check prior to starting the course
