Course Overview
The NSW Assistant Agent Course is the first step towards a career in real estate. This nationally recognised qualification provides the essential skills and knowledge required to work as an Assistant Agent in residential sales, property management, commercial property and stock and station agency.
You'll learn the fundamentals of the real estate industry, including legislation, ethical practice, communication, customer service and property transactions. Upon successful completion, you'll meet the educational requirements to apply for Assistant Agent Registration with NSW Fair Trading, allowing you to commence your career under the supervision of a licensed real estate agent.
The course consists of 5 nationally recognised Units of Competency and can be completed through online self-paced, virtual or classroom delivery, providing the flexibility to study in a way that suits your lifestyle.

Entry Requirement
- Be 18+ years old
- Complete a basic language, literacy, numeracy & digital (LLND) capability assessment prior to starting the course
- Have or obtain a USI (Unique Student Identifier)
