Course Overview
The CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice – 13 Units is designed specifically for current NSW Assistant Agents who have already completed the Assistant Agent course and are ready to progress to a Class 2 Real Estate Agent Licence.
This streamlined qualification builds on the knowledge and experience you have already gained, focusing on the additional competencies required to work independently in the real estate industry. Throughout the course, you will develop the skills needed to conduct property transactions, manage client relationships, carry out property appraisals, facilitate auctions, and ensure compliance with NSW real estate legislation and ethical standards.
The course combines practical, industry-focused learning with simulated workplace activities to prepare you for the responsibilities of a licensed real estate professional. It provides the knowledge and confidence required to advance your career in residential sales, property management, leasing, and other property services roles.
In NSW, successful completion of the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, together with the required industry experience prescribed by NSW Fair Trading (currently a minimum of 12 months as an Assistant Agent), enables eligible individuals to apply for a Class 2 Real Estate Agent Licence.
The Fast Track course consists of 13 units of competency and is available only to learners who have previously completed the NSW Assistant Agent course, as it recognises the competencies already achieved through that qualification.
