The skill set is designed for licensed real estate agents (Class One or Class Two) who are ready to elevate their careers by gaining the foundational skills of becoming a Buyers Agent.
Through a blend of theory and hands-on training, you’ll learn how to build strong client relationships, qualify clients effectively and minimise risk throughout the duration of the property purchasing process.

Delivery Mode
Blended: Due to the hybrid nature of this mode, students will have more flexibility to conduct the course at their own pace. Learners will be required to attend online sessions, virtual classes & workshops to conduct training and assessment.
Entry Requirements
To be eligible to enrol, learners must:
- Be 16+ years old
- Basic literacy, numeracy & digital capability
- Have or obtain a USI (Unique Student Identifier)
- Access to a computer and internet, ability to upload documents/video etc.
- All learners must complete a language, literacy, numeracy & digital (LLND) check prior to starting the course
Assessment Methods
Quizzes, short-answer questions, research assignments, role plays, case studies, scenario tasks.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
If you have relevant experience, you may get credit to reduce units/costs.
