CPD - Assistant Agent
Course Overview
For the 2026–27 CPD year (1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027), Assistant Agents holding a Certificate of Registration in NSW must complete at least 3 units of competency from the relevant Certificate IV qualification required to progress to a Class 2 Agent licence.
This requirement applies to Assistant Agents in:
- Real Estate
- Strata Management
- Stock and Station
Assistant Agents may select eligible units from the Certificate IV qualification relevant to their certificate category.
Completing these units not only helps meet your annual CPD obligations but also supports your progression towards a Class 2 Agent licence.
Key Requirements
- Complete a minimum of 3 eligible Certificate IV units each CPD year
- Units must be relevant to the Certificate IV qualification required for your Class 2 licence
- Additional eligible units completed during the CPD year may be carried forward
- Keep your Statement of Attainment as evidence of completed training
- CPD records must be retained for 4 years
