Course Overview

Licensed agents must complete all compulsory CPD topics relevant to their licence category and the areas of practice in which they work.

Residential real estate salespeople must complete a minimum of seven hours of compulsory CPD during the 2026–27 CPD year.

Who should attend?

Modes of Delivery

Online Self-Paced: Students complete the course independently through the online learning platform, progressing at their own pace within the course duration. Learning materials, assessments and support are available online.
Virtual (Trainer-Led): Students attend live online classes facilitated by a trainer using video conferencing software. Sessions include presentations, demonstrations, discussions and opportunities to ask questions in real time.
Classroom (Face-to-Face): Students attend scheduled classes at a training venue where learning is delivered by a trainer in person. Sessions include presentations, practical activities, group discussions and assessment support.
