CPD - Residential Sales

This course is suitable for Class 1 and Class 2 licensed agents working in residential real estate sales in NSW.

Agents working across more than one area of practice may be required to complete additional compulsory topics. Where a topic is shared across different areas of practice, it does not need to be repeated provided all required learning outcomes have been met.

• Interactive Webinar (Trainer-Led): Students attend live online classes facilitated by a trainer using video conferencing software. Sessions include presentations, demonstrations, discussions and opportunities to ask questions in real time. Participation in these sessions is compulsory and students are required to keep their cameras on for the entire duration of the session in order to successfully complete the training.
• Classroom (Face-to-Face): Students attend scheduled classes at a training venue where learning is delivered by a trainer in person. These interactive sessions include presentations, practical activities, group discussions and assessment support. 

Class 1 agents must also complete NSW Fair Trading-accredited event training in addition to the CPD required for their area of practice.

Class 1 agents working in residential sales will also be required to complete AUSTRAC’s real estate AML training. Further information will be provided once the delivery arrangements and requirements are confirmed.

After successfully completing the required training, you will receive evidence of completion for your CPD records.

Class 1 and Class 2 licence holders must retain their CPD records for three years.
