The Introduction to Managing Property and Tenants course equips you with the foundational skills and legal knowledge needed to start a successful career in property management.

Delivery Mode

Blended: Due to the hybrid nature of this mode, students will have more flexibility to conduct the course at their own pace. Learners will be required to attend online sessions, virtual classes & workshops to conduct training and assessment.

To be eligible to enrol, learners must:  

• Be 16+ years old
• Basic literacy, numeracy & digital capability
• Have or obtain a USI (Unique Student Identifier)
• Access to a computer and internet, ability to upload documents/video etc.
• All learners must complete a language, literacy, numeracy & digital (LLND) check prior to starting the course

• Quizzes, short-answer questions, research assignments, role plays, case studies, scenario tasks.
