A set of skills to equip individuals in hygienic practices and handling food safely during the storage, preparation, display, service, and disposal of food.
After completing this course, students are eligible to be nominated as a Food Safety Supervisor for their employer's business.
The course fee includes the $30 NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificate fee. Approved RTOs may only impose this $30 fee (as per clause 22 of the Food Regulation 2015).
