This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of junior administrative positions who perform a range of mainly routine tasks using limited practical skills and fundamental operational knowledge in a defined context. Individuals in these roles generally work under direct supervision.

After successfully achieving BSB20115 Certificate II in Business, eligible students may develop through the Business/Administration pathway to:

  • BSB60215 Advanced Diploma of Business

Online Learning: 600 hours
Blended Learning: 26 weeks

Exit Point/Award

Students that successfully complete all 12 units of competency as stated in the Course Structure will be issued with BSB20115 Certificate II in Business. Students who successfully complete some units of competency will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for the nationally accredited unit(s) in which they have been deemed competent.

This qualification is recognised nationally under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
